Yes, we can arrange professional waitstaff to enhance your dining experience. This is especially recommended for larger groups or formal occasions. Additional costs may apply. Any bookings over 10 pax on our premium menus require an additional chef charged at $55phr for 5 hours.

The Premium Produce Menu features elevated ingredients and dishes, such as premium cuts of meat, rare seafood, and refined garnishes, to enhance the dining experience. Ask us for details on what this upgrade includes for your selected menu.

We bring all the required ingredients and equipment for preparing the meal. You’ll need to provide standard kitchen facilities (e.g., stove, oven) and basic dining essentials such as plates, cutlery, and glassware. If these are not available, we can assist with rentals at an additional cost.

A typical private dining experience lasts 2-3 hours, depending on the menu and number of guests. Matt is usually on-site for 5 hours.
This includes preparation, plating, and the service of each course.

We primarily serve Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast. For events outside these areas, please contact us to discuss availability and travel arrangements.
